Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels . Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with the concerned departments. Schedule and follow up on interviews and candidate feedback. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker . Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining. Maintain proper recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports. Support other HR activities as required. Requirements: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals. Candidates should be Mumbai-based and comfortable travelling to Chembur. Pay: ₹9,460.90 - ₹30,853.89 per month Work Location: In person
