ROLE PURPOSE As an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition , you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for ROX UAE in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring an efficient and professional hiring experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer and onboarding coordination. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and other recruitment channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies. Support recruitment across sales, aftersales, service center, operations, marketing, finance, and corporate functions. Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies across relevant platforms. Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, and hiring follow-ups. Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation when required. Track recruitment progress, vacancies, time-to-hire, and other hiring KPIs. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns. Develop relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE employment requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company information. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3–5 years of proven recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is required. Previous UAE recruitment experience is mandatory. Experience within the automotive, dealership, retail, luxury, or service industry is strongly preferred. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct candidate sourcing. Proven ability to recruit for multiple positions simultaneously. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, CV databases, and sourcing techniques. Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent hiring requirements. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment or ATS systems. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. WORK CONDITIONS Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. Office-based with regular coordination with hiring managers and candidates. Flexibility may be required during high-volume recruitment periods or urgent hiring campaigns.
