The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, good communication abilities, and preferably 1 year of UAE recruitment experience . Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and regularly update the candidate database. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Assist with joining formalities and onboarding documentation. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Meet recruitment targets and timelines as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1 year or more of UAE recruitment experience preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment/job portals. Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets. Candidates currently on Spouse/Family Visa are preferred.
