Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references & other channels - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates - Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment pipelines - Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases & MIS reports - Coordinate offer, documentation and joining formalities - Work closely with managers to understand hiring requirements Requirements - 6 Months – 1 Year experience in recruitment preferred - Good communication and follow-up skills - Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets - Basic understanding of recruitment processes - Graduate in HR / Management or any relevant field - Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply Location: Thane Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Contact: Aditya – 8451992495 Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
