Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain recruitment records and reports. Support the onboarding process. Requirements: 2+ years of HR/Recruitment experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
