Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2+ Years Industry: EdTech Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Mode: On-site Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization's hiring requirements. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Handle salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS. Work closely with department heads to understand and close open positions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition. Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good candidate follow-up and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Must Have 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer management skills. Nice to Have Experience in EdTech or Technology recruitment, bulk hiring, and familiarity with HR/recruitment software.
