The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across our business.Candidates with experience in the salon, beauty, wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or retail industry will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining. Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Hai, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions. Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and role requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth closures. Coordinate candidate trials, assessments, and physical/virtual interviews wherever applicable. Negotiate salary and support the offer/LOI process. Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Ensure timely follow-up with selected candidates until their date of joining. Coordinate with the HR/Operations team for pre-joining and onboarding formalities. Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions. Support employee referral and other recruitment initiatives. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Skills & Competencies Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Good negotiation and convincing abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong ownership and ability to close positions within timelines. Preferred Candidate Profile Freshers: Graduates with a strong interest in HR/Recruitment and good communication skills. Experienced Candidates: 13 years of recruitment experience preferred. Candidates with recruitment experience in Salon, Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, or other high-volume service industries will be preferred. Experience hiring for frontline/service roles such as Beauticians, Hairstylists, Nail Technicians, Therapists, Front Desk, Consultants, Sales, Operations, and other outlet-level positions will be an added advantage. QualificationGraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant HR qualification will be an added advantage.What We Are Looking For: Someone who enjoys interacting with people.
