HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline Support offer rollout and onboarding activities Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong sourcing and screening skills Good knowledge of MS Excel Ability to manage multiple positions and timelines Proactive and target-oriented approach Experience: Min 1 Year Experience in Medical Devices / HR Consulting Firm Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹5.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
