The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end hiring while supporting day-to-day HR activities and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates. Roll out offers and support the onboarding process. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports. Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records. Prepare HR letters and coordinate payroll inputs. Handle attendance, leave records, and employee queries. Support employee confirmation, exit formalities, and HR compliance. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
