Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records. - Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities. - Meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines. Requirements: - 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment . - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and job portals. - Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills. - Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Salary: 3-4K AED+ Incentives per hire Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple vacancies, and closing positions within strict deadlines? - We offer a basic salary of AED 3,000–4,000 plus hiring incentives.
