Ltd. Industry: Fabric Manufacturing Position: HR Recruiter Reporting To: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles in a fabric manufacturing setup, including blue-collar workforce hiring and staff-level recruitment. Key Responsibilities:  Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)  Manage bulk hiring for factory workers, machine operators, helpers, etc.  Source candidates through job portals, contractors, consultants, and local networks  Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department heads  Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers  Ensure timely on boarding and documentation  Support manpower planning as per production requirements Required Skills:  Strong sourcing and coordination skills  Experience in bulk hiring (blue-collar hiring preferred)  Basic understanding of manufacturing roles Experience: Minimum 1 year Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel. Working Details & Benefits:  Working Days: 6 days a week  Benefits: PF, ESIC, Bonus  Leave Policy: No paid leave Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
