We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Technical positions. Key Responsibilities: Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals Resume screening and candidate shortlisting Interview coordination and follow-up End-to-end recruitment management Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports Coordinating with hiring managers for position closures Requirements: 2–8 years of recruitment experience Experience in Engineering or Technical hiring preferred Strong sourcing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously Pay: ₹10,460.82 - ₹30,854.49 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
