We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews. - Schedule and coordinate technical and final interview rounds. - Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiate salary expectations and discuss employment terms with selected candidates. - Manage offer acceptance, joining confirmation, and candidate follow-ups. 2. Hiring Coordination & Reporting - Understand hiring requirements from management and department heads. - Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms. - Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records. - Track recruitment progress and share regular hiring status reports. - Ensure timely closure of open positions. - Build a database of potential candidates for future requirements. 3. Employee Onboarding & HR Support - Coordinate new employee joining formalities and documentation. - Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding processes. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Support employee engagement and basic HR administrative activities when required. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Experience hiring for IT roles such as PHP Developer, Laravel Developer, React Developer, UI/UX Designer, Software Tester, and other technical positions is preferred. - Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. - Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
