Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media. Conduct initial calls and interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates.
