Contract – Permanent Hours – Full-time Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW Salary – £25,808 a year Main duties of the role The HR People Coordinator will provide professional, responsive and efficient coordination and administrative support across the People & Wellbeing function. Working closely with the HR People Managers, the post-holder will act as a first point of contact for many colleague and manager queries, ensuring that people processes are delivered consistently, accurately and in line with organisational policies and employment legislation. The role will contribute significantly to the employee lifecycle, support workforce wellbeing initiatives and maintain the HR systems, records and processes that underpin an effective People function. The position plays a vital role in ensuring managers and colleagues receive a high-quality service that reflects FCMS values and culture. Contact: simon.alter@nhs.net
