HR & Payroll Manager
Job Description – HR Payroll manager Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Payroll manager to manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling payroll with accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Handle salary revisions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements. Resolve employee payroll queries. Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in payroll and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
