We're currently partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an experienced HR Operations Program Manager to support a major people operations transformation programme.

The Opportunity

As an HR Operations Program Manager , you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale operational improvement initiatives across HR service delivery functions.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll drive transformation programmes, enhance operational effectiveness and support the delivery of a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic HR Operations and Service Delivery transformation initiatives

Design and implement operational improvement programmes and process enhancements

Develop programme roadmaps, priorities and implementation plans

Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Technology and wider business teams to deliver business-critical projects

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across employee services and operational processes

Analyse operational data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions

Manage programme risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations

Deliver updates and recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders

Support change management activities and adoption of new ways of working

Champion service excellence and employee experience improvements

Skills & Experience

Proven experience within HR Operations, Employee Services, Shared Services or Service Delivery environments

Strong programme and project management capabilities

Demonstrated success delivering transformation, change or operational improvement initiatives

Experience managing complex cross-functional stakeholder groups

Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Data-driven approach to decision making

Ability to operate effectively within large, complex and fast-paced organisations

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure
