HR Operations Manager - Maintenance
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and offer guidance on HR strategy, including workforce planning and organizational design. Advise on talent management, performance management, and retention to drive productivity and employee satisfaction. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and productivity across business units. Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires, aligning them with company culture. Oversee goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Identify skill gaps and support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee growth. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, serving as a resource for employees on HR-related matters. Support leaders in handling employee relations issues professionally and legally. Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to establish competitive pay structures. Contribute to total rewards strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Use HR metrics to assess trends and effectiveness, providing regular reports to leadership. Inform decision-making with data on turnover, headcount, and other key metrics. Facilitate change management initiatives, guiding employees through transitions. Promote company culture and values, acting as a cultural ambassador within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5years in an HR business partner or similar role. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Proven experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analysis.
