Who are we looking for: We're looking for an HR Operations Lead who is primarily responsible for overseeing and leading the HR Business Partnering function of the organization. The role ensures effective implementation of HR strategies, employee relations programs, and HR operational processes across the business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in agency management, employee and labor relations, and people management. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage the HR Business Partnering team to ensure effective HR service delivery. Oversee employee and labor relations concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Manage agency coordination and workforce-related requirements. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, employee engagement, and people management. Develop and implement employee wellness programs and initiatives. Support HR operations including policy implementation, case management, and employee engagement initiatives. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR business partnering. Experience in agency management and labor relations is required. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
