Track probation, working time, leave, sickness, return-to-work actions, attendance and leavers. Standardise recruitment, investigation, disciplinary, grievance, return-to-work and exit interviews. Maintain onboarding, training and performance trackers and forecast future recruitment requirements. Support compliance with Irish workplace record-keeping and approved disciplinary and grievance procedures.
