HR Officer – Recruitment Focus | Onsite Pasig
URGENT HIRING: HR OFFICER Location: Santolan, Pasig City Full-Time | Onsite Monday to Friday Must be available to start within approximately one week after hiring About the Role We are looking for a reliable and results-driven HR Officer to manage the company's day-to-day HR functions, with a strong focus on employee recruitment . The role will also support onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and general administrative requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate tracking. Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and development through offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Assist with HR policies, procedures, and company programs. Coordinate attendance monitoring, leave administration, payroll preparation, and government-mandated benefits. Provide support for employee relations matters and workplace concerns. Help ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives. Prepare HR reports, trackers, employment documents, and administrative requirements. Provide general administrative and office support when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of HR experience , particularly as an HR Officer or in recruitment/HR administration. Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Must be willing to work onsite in Santolan, Pasig City .
