HR Officer (IT Recruitment / Staffing Firm Exp.)
Location: Valero - Makati Work Setup: Full Onsite (Dayshift) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 30K - 70K Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a background in Employee & Labor Relations, employee engagement, and labor law compliance . Required hands-on experience handling IT personnel, project-based workforces, and end-to-end offboarding (separations, terminations, and contract expirations). Proven track record managing HR operations and employee relations for a headcount of 100+ FTEs. Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills. Able to work independently while collaborating seamlessly across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures. Review employee incident reports and complaints. Conduct investigations related to disciplinary cases. Recommend and implement appropriate disciplinary actions and resolutions. Communicate administrative decisions to employees and concerned stakeholders. Handle employee concerns related to labor and employee relations. Represent the company in labor-related matters when needed. Job Summary Responsible for managing employee relations, labor law compliance, and disciplinary cases. This role supports HR operations by conducting investigations, resolving employee concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and serving as the company's representative in labor-related matters. Experience handling project-based employees and IT resources is essential.
