Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into workplace conflicts, misconduct, or policy violations. Policy Implementation & Guidance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees and managers. Employee Support: Offer counseling and support to employees on various work-related issues and concerns. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to employee relations to identify trends and areas for improvement. Required Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience , specifically responsible for Employee Relations Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR policies. Experience in conducting investigations and mediating disputes. Work schedule: Monday to Friday Work location: Timog Avenue, Quezon City Can start ASAP. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
