HR Officer
Job Summary: The HR Officer is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions to support organizational goals and employee engagement. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, facilitates recruitment and onboarding, administers compensation and benefits, and supports employee relations. The HR Generalist acts as a key partner to management and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Job Description Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Employee Relations – Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Provide guidance on company policies and procedures. Performance Management – Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, assist managers in setting objectives, and monitor employee development plans. Compensation & Benefits – Administer payroll, benefits, and government-mandated contributions. Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Policy Implementation – Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and organizational standards. Training & Development – Coordinate training programs and seminars to enhance employee skills and career growth. Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company standards. HR Reporting – Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and track key HR metrics. Other Duties – Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Amenable to work in Marikina City from Monday to Friday.
