This is a hands-on generalist role covering recruitment, government relations and day-to-day HR operations. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer processing. Coordinate new employee onboarding Support government relations activities related to employee renewals and licenses Maintain accurate employee records on HR system Work closely with managers, employees and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient HR support. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field 1–3 years of general HR experience Good communication, organization and follow-up skills. Bilingual fluency is mandatory (English and Arabic) Proficient in MS Office Transferrable visa & available to start on short notice Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month Language: Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
