HR Officer
Job Summary: Supports end-to-end human resources operations for Euro Rich Foodtrade Corporation, covering recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, records management, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. Serves as primary HR point-of-contact for staff across departments, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth daily HR functions. Job Description Recruitment & Onboarding Prepare job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for all open positions. Assist in conducting initial interviews and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers. Process job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements. Lead new hire onboarding: orientation, company policy briefing, ID creation, and system access setup. Maintain talent database and update recruitment status reports. Employee Records & Documentation Manage and secure accurate, up-to-date 201 files (personal data, contracts, government forms, clearances, etc.). Process employment certificates, clearances, and other HR documents as requested. Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of all sensitive employee information. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support - Monitor daily time records, attendance, and overtime/undertime logs. - Administer leave applications (VL/SL/Service Incentive Leave), track balances, and secure approvals. - Prepare and validate payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and allowances. Assist in monthly payroll processing and coordinate with Finance for timely release. Compute and remit government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax); update employee contributions and loan remittances. Compliance & Government Reporting Ensure full compliance with Labor Code, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations. Submit regular reports, remittances, and update employee government records. Assist in labor inspections and maintain audit-ready HR files. Employee Relations & Welfare Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and policy clarifications. Assist in handling disciplinary actions, performance counseling, and grievance procedures under management guidance. Organize employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs (Christmas party, team building, birthdays). Manage exit processes: conduct exit interviews, process clearances, and ensure return of company assets. HR Administration & Policy Implementation Update and disseminate company HR policies, rules, and regulations. Assist in performance management cycles and training coordination. Handle monthly/quarterly HR reports for management headcount, turnover, and manpower needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in food, FMCG, or trading industry. Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE). Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and HR administration. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiar with HRIS or payroll software is a plus. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and solution-oriented. Willing to work on-site and extend hours as needed. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
