HR Officer
Job Description Technical Architect General Contracting Co. LLC is looking for an experienced HR Officer with strong UAE Oil & Gas sector experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have 5–10 years of UAE HR experience , with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector , preferably handling ADNOC projects, Oil & Gas site manpower, recruitment, mobilization, payroll, and HR operations . Key Responsibilities Handle complete HR operations for Oil & Gas and construction projects. Manage recruitment and mobilization of engineers, supervisors, technicians, skilled workers, operators, and general manpower. Coordinate manpower requirements and deployment with Project Managers and Operations teams. Handle employee onboarding, mobilization, transfers, demobilization, resignations, and terminations. Manage employee attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, absenteeism, and manpower movements. Coordinate monthly payroll, WPS, salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, deductions, and employee advances. Maintain complete employee personnel files and HR documentation. Monitor visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, passports, medical insurance, and other document expiries. Coordinate with the PRO for MOHRE procedures, employment visas, medicals, Emirates IDs, labour contracts, renewals, and cancellations. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, NOCs, termination letters, and other HR correspondence. Handle HR documentation and manpower mobilization requirements for Oil & Gas project/site deployment . Maintain manpower deployment reports, employee status reports, leave reports, visa expiry reports, and other HR reports. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and site-related HR issues. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, WPS, and company HR policies . Support management in manpower planning for existing and upcoming Oil & Gas projects. Mandatory Requirements 5–10 years of HR experience in the UAE. Strong Oil & Gas sector HR experience is mandatory. Proven experience in Oil & Gas manpower recruitment, mobilization, and HR operations . ADNOC project/contractor experience is highly preferred. Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, payroll, and visa procedures . Experience handling large numbers of project-based employees and skilled manpower. Strong MS Excel, HR reporting, documentation, and record-management skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.
