Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, sales, operations, and corporate roles. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities. Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and exit formalities. Handle employee queries and workplace concerns. Coordinate payroll inputs and support performance management. Conduct employee engagement activities. Maintain HR MIS and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field. 5+ years of relevant HR experience. Strong experience in recruitment and HR Operations. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of HRMS and MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
