# HR Manager (Real Estate Brokerage) **ANA Real** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the end-to-end hiring process and build a high-performing team of real estate agents and support staff for our Dubai brokerage. This role owns recruitment strategy, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environment. Key Responsibilities Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for broker/agent and back-office roles Build a strong pipeline of licensed and aspiring real estate agents through job portals, agencies, referrals, and social/professional networks (LinkedIn, Bayt, Property Finder community, etc.) Design and run structured interview and assessment processes tailored to sales/brokerage talent Manage onboarding, RERA licensing coordination, and employment visa processing for new hires Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and Emiratisation requirements Develop competitive, commission-friendly compensation and incentive structures in coordination with leadership Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Maintain and improve HR policies, employee handbook, and HRIS records Drive employer branding initiatives to position the brokerage as a top employer for real estate talent in Dubai Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, agent retention/productivity) and report to leadership Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally with 2+ years in real estate, brokerage, or another high-turnover sales environment Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, and visa/labour card procedures Familiarity with RERA licensing requirements for real estate agents is a strong plus Proven track record in high-volume recruitment for sales roles Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; comfortable working directly with brokers and top-performing sales talent Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus UAE HR/CIPD certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus Career growth within a fast-scaling brokerage Dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment in the heart of Dubai's real estate market Interested applicants may apply directly to this email tom@ana1.ae Work Location: In person
