Please visit our website to read more about our business: https://www.tmf-group.com Discover the Role We are looking for an experienced and business-focused HR Manager to lead the people agenda across TMF Poland and the Regional Delivery Center (RDC), supporting a workforce of approximately 1,300 employees. As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will drive the execution of our people strategy, support organizational growth and transformation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with local and international stakeholders in a dynamic matrix environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives. Lead and develop the local HR team, ensuring consistent and high-quality HR service delivery. Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and offboarding. Drive workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and business transformation initiatives. Support leaders in managing performance, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention. Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and alignment with global HR policies, procedures, and governance standards. Use people data and HR analytics to provide insights and support business decision-making. Collaborate with global Centres of Excellence and HR teams to implement people initiatives and best practices. Oversee HR operational excellence, payroll governance, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Key Requirements Extensive HR leadership experience within a complex, international organization. Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing diverse employee populations. Strong understanding of Polish labour law and HR best practices. Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives. Strong people leadership and team management skills. Ability to translate HR data and insights into actionable business recommendations. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in both English and Polish.
