Dezmar Construction & Development / LGD Prime Construction & Development Corporation Alabang, Muntinlupa City Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized HR Manager to join our expanding construction and development team. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day Human Resources, Administration, Government Compliance, ISO documentation, and selected Procurement-related tasks . This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. Our company handles both commercial construction/fit-out projects and government projects , so the ability to coordinate with employees, project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, government agencies, and management is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Human Resources Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance/timekeeping, leave, payroll, and offboarding. Handle HR policies, employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and company rules. Maintain accurate and updated 201 files and personnel records. Monitor employee attendance, schedules, leaves, and other HR-related documentation. Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities for office and project-based personnel. Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives. Manage HR-related reports and documentation. Administration & Compliance Handle day-to-day administrative operations and documentation. Process and monitor government-related documents, registrations, permits, and requirements. Coordinate with government agencies and other external offices when necessary. Maintain organized company files, records, contracts, and other administrative documents. Assist management in preparing reports, letters, memos, and other official documents. Ensure timely submission and renewal of company and employee requirements. ISO & Documentation Assist in maintaining and implementing the company's ISO-related documentation and procedures . Maintain proper filing and document control systems. Assist during internal and external audits. Ensure HR and administrative processes comply with company standards and procedures. Procurement & Project Support Assist with basic procurement and purchasing-related tasks. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when required. Request and compare quotations and maintain supplier records. Assist in monitoring purchase requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation. Support project teams with administrative requirements. General Management Support Handle multiple tasks and priorities across HR, Administration, Procurement, and Operations. Provide administrative support to management and project teams. Coordinate with site/project personnel regarding manpower and documentation requirements. Perform other duties that may reasonably be assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred , preferably in a construction, engineering, contracting, property development, or similar industry . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred . Applicants with other degree backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong relevant HR/Admin experience. Experience handling approximately 25–40 employees is preferred. Knowledge of Philippine government processing and documentation is an advantage. Familiarity with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other government-related requirements is an advantage. Knowledge of ISO documentation and compliance is preferred. Experience with procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, or construction administration is a plus. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential employee information professionally. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable. Able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision. Willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Office-based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
