What You'll Get Management-level HR ownership Exposure to a multi-outlet F&B operation EPF + SOCSO Annual Leave + Medical Leave What We're Looking For 5+ years of HR experience , including 2+ years at managerial level Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Mandarin + English + Bahasa Malaysia F&B, Retail or Hospitality experience preferred Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & labour regulations Experience managing HR across multiple outlets/locations Strong employee relations and stakeholder-management skills Confident working independently and making HR decisions Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution and leadership capabilities What You'll Do Lead end-to-end recruitment & onboarding Manage employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters Oversee payroll, benefits & statutory compliance Manage HR policies, SOPs and employment compliance Drive performance management, training & employee development Lead manpower planning and headcount budgeting Advise management on people, performance & workforce matters Strengthen HR practices as the business continues to grow If you're ready to take greater ownership of people, culture and business growth , we'd like to hear from you.
