Job description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional who can work closely with management, drive effective people practices, and ensure the smooth coordination of day-to-day business and office activities. Position-HR Manager Salary-35,000-40,000 Location: Kalbadevi, Marine Lines, Mumbai Working Days- Time-10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday- Saturday) Experience: 3-8 Years Requisites (Core competencies / Skills) Proven HR and recruitment experience. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Strong understanding of HR Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruitment process including collaboration with talent acquisition agencies. Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires. Facilitate effective cultural integration. Document and provide feedback on performance. Manage payroll, benefits. Plan team engagement activities. Foster a positive workplace culture. Provide strategic support for talent acquisition and engagement.
