5+ years leading people, culture, or HR generalist functions, ideally in hospitality, or another fast-growing, multi-site, frontline-heavy business Demonstrated ability to build or scale a culture program through a real growth phase, not just maintain one in a stable company Strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills — this role spends more time with people than with paperwork Comfortable operating without deep compliance/labor law expertise, and disciplined about escalating to the Compliance Officer rather than guessing Experience managing or mentoring frontline/shift-based teams is a strong plus Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
