Manage Bayzat HR software, ensuring accurate employee records, attendance and payroll data. Handle recruitment for construction professionals, technical staff and site labour. Oversee Emiratization recruitment, employee retention, reporting and compliance requirements. Coordinate with the PRO on visas, work permits, renewals and cancellations. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance evaluations and salary increments. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE Labour Law. Coordinate with project managers, timekeepers and camp management on manpower and attendance. Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning across multiple projects. Requirements: Proven HR management experience in the UAE construction industry. Experience managing a workforce of at least 200 employees, including site labour. Hands-on knowledge of Bayzat software is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Emiratization, payroll, WPS, recruitment and UAE Labour Law. Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting. Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
