The ideal candidate will be hands-on, business-oriented, and experienced in building teams from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Build and implement HR processes, policies, and systems from the ground up. Lead end-to-end recruitment and build high-performing teams across departments. Develop manpower plans aligned with business growth and expansion. Handle employee engagement, performance management, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Create a strong performance-driven and professional work culture. Partner with management on organizational structure, hiring strategy, and people development. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR practices. Requirements : 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in Real Estate / Property Development / Construction. Strong experience in recruitment and team building. Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization is highly preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and build HR systems from scratch. Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
