We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help build a strong workforce that drives safety, performance, and growth in the rigging and lifting industry. Position: HR Manager Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and industry regulations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety standards, and company policies. Partner with management to support workforce planning and organizational development. Able to handle manual payroll and transition to HRIS Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations professionally. Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or related field. 5+ years of HR experience , preferably in construction, logistics, rigging, or industrial operations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and employee relations . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment .
