HR Manager Location: Pine Bluff, AR with multi-site support for Memphis, TN Company: Two Rivers Premium Oils, LLC Grow with Two Rivers We are seeking a dependable, motivated HR professional who is ready to grow with Two Rivers. We are looking for someone who can lead with integrity, build strong relationships, support our employees and leadership team, and take ownership of the HR function across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring solid HR experience along with accounting experience, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, accountability, and follow-through. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with accounting experience to lead and support day-to-day human resources across our locations. This is a hands-on role that will partner closely with Company leadership, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded HR experience, an understanding of payroll and its financial impact, and the ability to manage employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, sound judgment, and integrity. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner for plant leadership, employees, and Company management. Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, personnel changes, and policy administration. Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and open enrollment. Coordinate and review payroll processes, employee changes, deductions, PTO, and benefit-related transactions. Partner with Finance on payroll, benefit expenses, reconciliations, accruals, and employee-related financial reporting. Maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS/payroll system. Prepare and review HR and workforce reporting, including headcount, overtime, labor costs, turnover, and benefits. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements. Maintain personnel records, I-9 documentation, and audit readiness. Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials. Advise management on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations. Partner with benefits brokers, payroll providers, insurance carriers, and other outside vendors. Support workers' compensation, unemployment, workforce planning, and organizational changes. Identify opportunities to improve HR, payroll, and administrative processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment. Accounting experience. Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Ability to understand payroll reports, reconciliations, accruals, and employee-related financial information. Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and consistency in handling employee and confidential matters. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments and locations. Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, plant, or operations HR experience. Experience supporting multiple locations or states. Payroll accounting or general ledger experience. HRIS/payroll system administration experience. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred, but not required. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
