Required Skills Strong knowledge of HR Operations & HR Policies Excellent Recruitment & Talent Acquisition skills Good understanding of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance Strong Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution skills Performance Management & Employee Engagement Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills Strong documentation and HR reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently Strong leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skills Qualification & Experience Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent. 3–6 years of experience in HR roles .
