HR Manager
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Pocofino. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. HR Manager will also handle employee benefits, and payroll, and maintain HR records and documentation. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Atleast 3 years of HR Managerial experience in the F&B industry.
