The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning across all departments. - Handle onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, exits and full-and-final settlements. - Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, salaries and incentive processing with Accounts. - Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus and POSH. - Develop HR policies and manage employee grievances, discipline and retention. - Implement performance appraisals, KRA/KPI frameworks and incentive schemes. - Coordinate employee training, engagement and welfare initiatives. - Prepare HR MIS reports on manpower, attendance, attrition and performance. - Lead and supervise HR Executives across multiple locations. - Coordinate with senior management and department heads on HR-related matters. Requirements - 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll systems. - Strong leadership, problem-solving and employee-management skills. - Automobile dealership, workshop, automotive retail or logistics experience will be preferred. Work Location: Boisar, with regular visits to Malad, Palghar, Dahanu and Nalasopara.
