HR MANAGER

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Department: Human Resources Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to manage the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS activities.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management.
• Plan employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR MIS, recruitment, attrition, and manpower reports.
• Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning.
• Manage employee communication and organizational culture initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong employee-handling and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience managing corporate as well as field/operational employees.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-growing organization.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
