RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements. 2. Employee Relations - Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters. - Handle staff grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Promote a positive and productive workplace culture. 3. Performance Management - Develop and manage performance appraisal systems. - Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance improvement initiatives. - Assist in career development and succession planning. 4. Training & Development - Identify training needs and organize employee training programs. - Support leadership development and skills improvement initiatives. - Evaluate training effectiveness. 5. Compensation & Benefits - Manage payroll coordination, salary reviews, and benefits administration. - Ensure competitive compensation structures aligned with company policies. - Monitor employee benefits programs. 6. HR Policies & Compliance - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. 7. HR Operations & Reporting - Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions. - Prepare HR reports and manpower planning reports for management. - Support organizational development and HR strategy implementation.
