HR Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the company’s human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee management, compliance with UAE labor regulations, payroll coordination, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to resignation/termination. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules. Handle recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding of employees. Ensure all employees have valid visas, work permits, contracts, Emirates IDs, and other required documents. Coordinate with PRO/government relations teams regarding visa and labor-related matters. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and personnel files. Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and employee benefits with the Accounts Department. Manage employee leave, attendance, disciplinary actions, complaints, and grievances. Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals. Handle employee investigations and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and UAE labor law. Prepare manpower plans and coordinate recruitment requirements with department heads and project managers. Ensure proper employee onboarding, orientation, and company induction. Manage employee accommodation, transportation, insurance, and other welfare matters where applicable. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS requirements, and relevant government regulations. Prepare HR reports and KPIs for management, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status, and employee costs. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents. Support management in organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations. Supervise HR staff and ensure daily HR activities are completed accurately and on time. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience , preferably within construction, transportation, contracting, or other large-scale operations. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices. Experience with recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and visa/work permit processes. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems. Ability to manage a large and diverse workforce. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
