The Human Resources Manager provide an overall direction and oversight in workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning, organizational development, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to Management by providing sound HR advice, proactively managing organizational risks, driving people initiatives, and ensuring that HR strategies are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
