We are looking for an HR Manager who will lead the overall HR function, develop people strategies, ensure compliance, and partner with management in driving organizational performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Oversee Employee Relations & Engagement Manage Performance Management & Succession Planning Oversee Compensation & Benefits Develop Training & Leadership Development Programs Ensure Labor Law & Government Compliance Develop and implement HR Policies & Procedures Lead Organizational Development & Change Management Monitor HR Analytics, Workforce Planning & Reports Strengthen Employee Engagement, Culture & Wellness Programs Lead, coach, and develop the HR team Serve as HR business partner and provide strategic recommendations to management Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in HR management and leadership Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government compliance requirements Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Excellent people-management and organizational skills Experience in organizational development, performance management, and employee relations Ability to work effectively with senior management Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Work Location: In person
