About Kenji Tei: Kenji Tei is a growing Japanese restaurant company with a dedicated team of 120 employees. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and contribute to our continued growth. The Role: We need an HR Manager/Head who can provide comprehensive HR leadership and support. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring our people's strategies align with our business objectives. You will be instrumental in building a strong, engaged workforce that drives our success. What You'll Actually Be Doing: Manpower Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment life cycle, and ensure optimal staffing levels across all departments. This includes creating manpower plans, managing relationships with external staffing partners, and conducting thorough onboarding processes. Performance Management : Oversee the performance management processes, including the goal setting, performance evaluation, and appraisal. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Employee Engagement: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, develop and execute training and development initiatives, and cultivate a positive and productive work environment. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and legal requirements. Employee Discipline: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, manage employee relations issues, and conduct thorough investigations as needed. Office Administration: Oversee administrative functions, ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, and maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Other Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned by senior management. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in all aspects of human resources management. Requirements: College Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
