HR Manager
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles (engineers, service desk, account managers) Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs aligned with Indonesian regulations and company objectives Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labour laws, including employment contracts, WFO/WFH arrangements, and regulatory requirements Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, and performance frameworks Establish and drive structured performance review processes and KPIs across teams Oversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives Manage compensation, benefits, and HR systems Promote a strong, accountable, and high-performance culture About You Fluent business grade English both spoken and written Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong, practical knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR compliance (this is essential) Experience in IT, managed services, or fast-paced service environments is highly preferred Proven ability to build HR structures, policies, and performance frameworks Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior leadership Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate both strategically and operationally Work Location: In person
