HR Manager
JOB TYPE: Full-Time WORK LOCATION: Sun Valley, Parañaque City WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday JOB SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field. Advanced education and professional certifications are an advantage. At least 10 years of HR experience , including supervisory or managerial roles, with strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate HR teams. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead and implement organizational change initiatives effectively. Results-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles and practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Staffing Partner with department heads to identify staffing requirements aligned with business objectives. Develop short- and long-term workforce and staffing plans. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and hiring processes. Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, application completion, offer acceptance, sourcing channel efficiency, and candidate experience. Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable labor laws and diversity standards. Employee Relations Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment. Address employee concerns, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. Mediate workplace disputes and ensure proper implementation of disciplinary procedures. Strengthen communication and collaboration between management and employees. Performance Management Oversee and continuously improve employee performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting employee evaluations. Identify training and development needs based on performance gaps. Guide and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Compensation & Benefits Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Oversee benefits administration, including healthcare, insurance, and employee perks. Ensure compliance with applicable wage and labor regulations. Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing. Conduct salary benchmarking and monitor market compensation trends. Compliance & HR Governance Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies. Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures. Coordinate HR audits and compliance reporting. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records. Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive employee information. Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
