HR Manager We are expanding our HR department! We are looking for an HR Manager to join a dynamic company based in New Cairo specializing in Car Protection Films. Requirements: Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources management. Working Details: Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Days Off: Friday & Saturday location : New Cairo Job Description: Lead the HR department and align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes. Manage performance management systems, employee relations, and retention strategies. Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and personnel operations in compliance with labor law. Identify training needs and implement effective employee development programs. Foster a positive workplace culture and handle disciplinary procedures or grievances. Pay: E£50,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month Application Question(s): what is your expected salary ?
